Virtual fitness and lifestyle coaching includes exercise programming and nutrition coaching that is tailored to each individual’s goals, abilities, and lifestyle. Whether you want to get in shape for an event, photoshoot or just want to improve your overall health, I will create the perfect plan for you.
Custom Virtual Coaching: 100% online for the utmost flexibility. This all-inclusive option includes a custom fitness program delivered weekly through the SweatHaus training app where clients can update progress and message the coach 24/7. Nutrition coaching provided with weekly goals and/or macro assignments. Weekly check-ins will be provided through the SweatHaus app.
steps to become a client
Step 1: Complete the form below. You will receive a response within 1-3 business days.
Step 2: The Discovery Call. When I receive your form, I will reach out and schedule a one hour discovery call to discuss your fitness and wellness background and goals. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin the initial phases a path forward.
Step 3: Getting You Started. If we both determine this is a good fit, I will send some initial administrative paperwork and begin your programming. Generally, it takes me about one week to complete your programming, get you fully set-up in the system and ready to go!
