Hello! I’m Koury.
I’m a fitness coach working and living in the New York City Area.
Koury Wilson is an independent personal trainer and group fitness instructor across the New York City metropolitan region.
I discovered a passion for fitness at 19 years old after a chance encounter with an IFBB pro bodybuilder who showed me the mechanics of “how” to workout. However, it would take 6 years after taking a spin class to begin the journey as a fitness instructor. I felt confident enough to take a charge and lead classes so I pursued a “part-time hustle” teaching spin classes, cardio boxing classes, and becoming a personal trainer.
I love being a coach and pushing clients through intense, full body classes to attain their fitness goals. I’m passionate about helping people reach their goals, build confidence and strength. But I also I understand the struggles of building consistent habits through busy schedules, the relationship between confidence and action, and well - just getting started. That’s why I’m here to help.
My systematic approach to health and fitness has helped many attain their goals and improve not just the number on the scale, but overall health, strength and confidence.
